How To Evaluate ANY Company Using The 5 Pillars Technique

 

These 5 Pillars Are For YOU to have Success working your company, NOT the company's success.  Wouldn't you like to know your chances of success with a company before you head into it?

The 5 Pillars are:

Pillar # 1)  Company Management Leadership Have Proven MLM Experience, WITH Integrity?

Have THEY built it?  or are they a bunch of "red" suits from a corporate background or fortune 500 company telling you what to do & how to do it & they don't have a clue?  If they've not built a downline they have no idea what you are going through.  What are their Ethics? Do They have Integrity? Have you actually read their Policies & Procedures? How Many pages is it? (Less is usually better)  Whom does it protect?  Is the Compensation Plan set up to favor/protect the Distributors or the Company?   Does it Allow for walk away recurring income?  Are there Loopholes to steal your commission checks someday?  What is the Company's LONG TERM focus?   Does it have a solid foundation, or is it a "get rich quick" mentality?  Always do a google or yahoo search with "Company Name", [scam] to see what reports come up.  Likewise do a Google or Yahoo search with "Individual Corporate Leaders Management Names" [scam]  and "Company Name" [scam] to find out what is being reported on them, their past or the other company leadership with whom they've partnered.

Pillar 2) Timing of the INDUSTRY and Timing of the COMPANY

Who's the TARGET MARKET for your PRODUCTS?  Is there a Huge demand? What trend does the Future show for that Industry? Does it Meet Long Term TRENDS?  Run from Startups; The more name recognition your company has, the less of an opportunity there is. Find a BALANCE.  At what stage is the Company Phase in now? Formulation - Momentum - Plateau?

Pillar 3) Flagship PRODUCT -  Has to be REMARKABLE

 - if not you're INVISIBLE - Not an over-priced CONSUMABLE!  Good enough that NON-Networkers will "take it to the market" and keep re-ordering.   It's got to be that Purple Cow or Attention getter.  It must stand out AND you MUST also have other GOOD products from the SAME Company to offer your Customers;   Stay away from single product focus companies - customers are your most expensive acquisition - what are you going to back them into if you only have one product?  NO one product is that single magic bullet, fortunately or unfortunately!  Your body is complex and deserves to be treated as such with a regimen applicable to your situation.


Pillar 4) Compensation Plan MUST Pay the Part-time Average person a fair percentage
Rewards more for promoting products NOT for recruiting reps.  It should Pay on VOLUME for your entire group - not levels - The comp plan Drives  the BEHAVIOR in the field.  Where is the BREAKAGE?  What are the REAL/ACTUAL commissions?

Money Isn't Everything but it's Right up there with Oxygen!  Are you working 10times harder than you should be?   Work out How many people or product sales you require in order to earn $10'000 per month recurring income.  Example:  Most binaries that require 100 bonus points monthly (with no fast starts or bonuses etc calculated) you'll see you need between 3'000 & 5'000 distributors or retail sales to earn a $10k monthly recurring income.   Whereas for me in my Company to generate $10k pm recurring monthly income I only need a maximum of 350 distributors or product sales anywhere in my organization (not personally sponsored) based on 100 BP.   With all other compensation plans that will be different again depending on the % per level.   Naturally it all depends on the type of  payplan in conjunction with the streamlining of the company

What is the Best way for YOU to do the business ? Does your Team have an Action Plan or Game Plan?
